Enactus Aston
Food Fair
Enactus Aston's food fair was a huge success! The event brought together diverse communities, and it was heartening to see everyone coming together in support of migrant and refugee integration. We are grateful to our partners ACH and the Aston Students Union for their unwavering support in making this event a reality. The presence of Dan Lee, Winner of MasterChef 2021, elevated the event, and we thank him for joining us. It was an amazing day filled with fun, delicious food, and most importantly, the spirit of togetherness in helping to create a positive social impact. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all who attended and supported the cause.
Canal Walk
Canal pollution is a significant issue that has far-reaching consequences on the surrounding ecosystems, communities, and waterways. Harnessing the power of young business leaders, Enactus Aston, along with the Canal and River Trust had a second successful Canal Clear Up today. Partnering with the Aston Student Union's Go Green Week, Enactus Aston, Aston Sustainability committee volunteers and a few friendly locals came together to clean the canal, plant saplings, and beautify the surrounding garden.
Enactus Aston participated in Astonbury Music Festival organised by the Aston University to showcase the products of our clients.
Sodexo Meeting
Hackathon
The team at Sodexo extended a warm welcome, setting the stage for a highly productive discussion where several ideas were exchanged and exciting possibilities were uncovered. Moreover, our team enjoyed an exquisite lunch prepared by Chef Jason, who skillfully crafted a delectable Shawarma from our own Global Recipe Book 2.0.
An event to discuss the challenges and barriers within migrant entrepreneurship, and to identify short-term and longer-term solutions, to contribute to future bids and projects.

Employability Support - Enterprise
Enactus Aston is committed to providing students with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed in the professional world. Our recent workshop on employability support in collaboration Enterprise was a huge success! Hassan Haroon, a Talent Acquisition Specialist spoke at length about valuable insights on interview skills, the hiring processes, and much more. Enactus Aston is proud to offer such incredible opportunities to its members and other attendees, helping to shape the next generation of business leaders.
