Project Management

What is the purpose of the function?

The Project Management team is responsible for planning, executing and monitoring Enactus Aston projects geared towards achieving UN Sustainability Goals. They also ensure the projects are successful and sustainable and have a positive impact on the environment and lives of people.

What does Project Management focus on?

We are planning how to continue with our projects for 2020/21 overcoming the challenges of Covid-19 by creating SMART goals.

We have been evaluating our existing resources and training materials for the projects and creating plans to improve and update them.

Top priority activity 3

We have completed a needs assessment for our existing projects to ensure we are targeting the real needs of the beneficiaries.
